About this program
Concrete Choices gives young people a place to work on emotions, decisions, relationships, and goals with support tailored to their stage of life. Individual youth activities are adapted for ages 8–11, 12–15, and 16–20. We also offer outreach with schools and youth organizations, including sports teams and cheer programs, in small groups for children ages 8 and up. Outreach can explore emotional regulation, confidence, healthy communication, decision-making, and positive team relationships.
What participants can explore
- Emotional regulation and coping skills

- Decision-making, accountability, and personal goals

Individual and outreach options
The planned nine-week individual series includes weekly support for youth ages 8–20. We also offer outreach with schools and youth organizations in small groups for children ages 8 and up. Topics and schedules can be planned with each school, team, cheer program, or community partner. Contact us to discuss the right format and current availability.
Concrete Generational Wellness is accepting new inquiries across Colorado. Medicaid is accepted for eligible services; our team will confirm coverage, service availability, and fit before enrollment.
A parent or guardian should help inquire for a minor. Schools, youth organizations, sports teams, and cheer programs can ask about an outreach partnership.
