Concrete Generational Wellness brings behavioral health and practical support into the lives of youth, adults, and families. The work centers on healing, useful skills, and connection to community resources.

Availability & eligibility

Accepting new clients

Youth, adults, and families can ask about services and program tracks. Concrete Choices is designed for ages 8–20. We accept Medicaid for eligible services; our team can confirm coverage, eligibility, and current openings during intake. Serving communities across Colorado.

We also provide outreach with schools and youth organizations, including sports teams and cheer programs, to connect young people with wellness, skills, and community support.

Individual youth support for ages 8–20, plus small group outreach with schools and youth organizations, including sports and cheer programs, for children ages 8 and up. Topics include emotional regulation, confidence, decision-making, relationships, goals, and life skills.

Community outreach
